Another little piece of Haven...

As mentioned last post, I had some photos of a later Haven gig that I wanted to share with you. These were taken at Dry Bar on 29th October 2006. It was another rammed and sweaty affair, but I must confess I don't remember all that much about the gig itself. It was part of 'In the City' I think because I recall yo-yoing between Night & Day and here to see various bands, but Haven were of course the highlight! There's a few bonus photos in my flickr album. I finished Mary's Haven book this week. Such a fascinating, emotional and powerfully-told story of the band... a must-read for any fan of the band who perhaps, like me, was a bit perplexed as to why they never got the recognition and success they clearly deserved.
